Doing the Inner Work Together: A Somatic Enneagram Introduction
January 14, 21, 28 - 6:30-8:30p ET - Virtual & In-Person @ Flourish Ayurveda
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for helping us see who we think that we are, and helping us remember what is even more true about our essential nature. This complex framework doesn't put you in a box, it shows you the box you are already in and how to let the walls come down. The first step of healing and transformation is awareness. The Enneagram helps us become more aware of how our subconscious motivations and fears drive us, and it allows us to bring in the next step of compassion, making space for greater healing and integration to occur.
In this 3 week series, we will come together to witness ourselves through the lens of the Enneagram, seeing things about ourselves we might never have questioned, loving on parts we might have shamed.
We will explore foundational teachings of the Enneagram that describe:
- Our human needs, desires, fears, and avoidances, and how our ego patterns keep us stuck
- Social styles, how we cope with conflict and disappointment, and core emotional patterns
- Essential gifts of our mind, heart, and body that we have forgotten, and how we can open ourselves to remembering
